Members must prearrange all parties with the manager. Please see the calendar for available dates, but note that it may not be fully updated. All rental fees are due in full before your event.
Evening Private Pool Rental:
Private pool use from 9:00 – 10:45pm
Cleaned up and ready to exit by 11pm.
Saturday and Sunday Mornings Private Pool Rental:
Two options:
- 9-11am, fully private use of pool and cabana
- 10am – 12pm, private use of pool from 10-11am, then use of the cabana/grounds during lap swim from 11am-12pm
Rental fees:
*Please note that rental rates are based on total guest count, including both swimmers and non-swimmers

| 60-79 | $150/hr + tax |
| 80-100 | $200/hr + tax |
*rentals with over 100 guests will be approved on a case by case basis
Private parties are responsible for leaving the pool facility and grounds clean after their event and will have access to NPSC dumpsters. Parties leaving NPSC uncleaned will be assessed a $50 cleaning fee.
In an effort to be neighborly and in compliance with the City of Normandy Park Municipal Code on noise, use of pool stereo or speakers can be used at discretion of the Manager/Lifeguards. All music (pool stereo or private) must be turned off by 9:45 Sunday – Thursday.
Party reservations during pool hours:
Limited to 20 non-members.
All guests must be prepaid before the party starts.
All guests must sign in on a separate list and leave when the party’s over.
Fee is $5.00/non-member guest or one guest pass
There are four table areas available to be reserved (BBQ tables, picnic tables on the grass, picnic tables by the wader, tables next to the upper cabana), but your group will not have exclusive access to any specific area in NPSC, including both cabanas.
